1. How long will it take to receive my order?
UK orders: Expected delivery time is 3–5 business days, free shipping.
International orders: Expected delivery time is 7–14 business days, with a £20 shipping fee (customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility).
2. Can I return my product?
Yes. You can return it free of charge within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
UK returns are free of charge. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we will cover any quality issues.
3. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Is there a warranty on this product?
Yes, all ovens come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
5. How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time through the carrier's website.
6. What if my package is damaged or lost?
If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours and attach photos.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in investigating with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation.
